Yin Yoga 100 Hour (Level 2): Pranayama, Meditation, Mindfulness

When combining Yin Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness with Pranayama we believe that nothing is impossible, internally or externally. Joto and Becky absolutely love working together and have done for many years. Living in India together training 200 and 300 hour students in Goa and Dharamsala. Their energies complement each other, like a hand to glove, and their presence in the shala brings about peace, patience and passion.

The course is split into two informative modules:
1) Yin, Breathe and Be: Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Journaling
2) Seek, Soothe and Move: Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mindfulness and ‘Design Your Life’ one on one consultation

Every day will share the same daily schedule:
7:00 – 8:45 Nurturing Morning Practice
9:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
10:00 – 1:00 Theory and workshop
1:00 – 2:30 Lunch
2:30 – 5:30 Art of Teaching and Workshop
5:45 – 6:45 Evening Empowering Practice

The first module will explore yin yoga with pranayama and the second module yin yoga with meditation and mindfulness. Towards the end of the course all four shall be interwoven together.

In the second module we take a sound look at how yin yoga, pranayama and meditation link into the pillars of mindfulness. With the added depth of philosophy and personal journeying we focus on helping you find your Dao, your way, path, purpose.

The art of teaching classes are where we will breakdown what it means to teach yin yoga. This is the ‘how to’ and the ‘why to’. You could call this the ‘behind the scenes’ of teaching. The art of teaching is a discussion-based class and active participation from students is welcome and encouraged.
