This community of Yin Yoga lovers will join together on the magical island of BALI, to learn, discover, experience and explore the magical realm of Yin Yoga in a beautiful, private, retreat venue with swimming pool and lots of space outside for barefoot walking, sunshine, sharing and love.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is the gentle application of tension and compression to the body which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue. The practice is characterised by long, static holds, using floor based asana for muscle relaxation and myofascial release, allowing for a meditative focus. Yin Yoga focuses on strengthening the inter-connectivity of the physical, mental, emotional and energetic dimensions of the body and its systems.

AT THE END OF THE COURSE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
Present a 100 Hour YACEP certification (Yoga Alliance Continuing Educational Provider)
Follow a path in yin yoga
Incorporate techniques into and advance teaching and self practice
Broaden your teaching expertise with knowledge from a yin perspective
Have a strong foundation of the art of teaching Yin Yoga
Offer your students a new style of yoga which complements and balances other practices
Offer your students a new style of yoga that works with the physical, energetic, mental and emotional dimension of the body
Have tools to facilitate a practice that leans towards holistic health and wellness

COURSE:
The course is split into two modules with a day in between to rest, digest, snooze and stretch. Both modules will take you through the functional and energetic approach to yoga, breaking them down individually and then layering them upon another to make your understanding of yin yoga and art of teaching brighter and bolder and better than the rest.
